Empowering Teens Through This Way Onward
We are thrilled to announce our incredible partnership with Old Navy in Algonquin, which opens up amazing opportunities for our teens. Old Navy’s dedication to community engagement and youth development aligns perfectly with our mission to create pathways to success.
Through this collaboration, we prepare our teens to interview for part-time positions (8-12 hours per week) as Retail Associates. Our comprehensive program includes:
• Resume and Interview Preparation Workshops: Equipping teens with the tools they need to succeed.
• Mentorship and Job Coaching: Providing ongoing support throughout their employment.
• Biweekly Performance and Development Check-Ins: Ensuring a positive and enriching work experience.
We foster a warm and supportive atmosphere where members are encouraged to advocate for themselves and provide feedback, helping Old Navy and fellow team members continually improve.
