Our mentorship program offers both in-person and virtual support, focusing on fostering a growth mindset, nurturing self-confidence, and empowering individuals to set and accomplish their goals.

At TYS, we're committed to empowering youth and young adults aged 15-24 by bridging the gap between education and employment. Through our Job Programs, we collaborate with employers to provide a wide range of employment and internship opportunities tailored to meet our participants' diverse needs and interests.
